Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy
We aim to be completely transparent about how orders ship, how returns work, and how manufacturer warranties are handled. If anything below is unclear, contact us before you order.

Same-day shipping cutoff: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days ship same day for in-stock items. Orders placed after 2PM or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
We ship via UPS and FedEx. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is created. Large or heavy items (trolling motors, radar systems) may ship via freight — we’ll contact you before shipment if this applies.
Returns
We accept returns on new, unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original manufacturer packaging with all accessories, manuals, and mounting hardware included.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original manufacturer packaging required
- All included accessories, cables, and documentation must be present
- Transducers that have been installed in the water are not returnable
- Software-activated or registered products are not returnable once activated
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped
To initiate a return, email contact@promarineelectronics.com with your order number and reason for return. We will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number within 1 business day.
Warranty
All products sold by Pro Marine Electronics are new and carry the full manufacturer warranty. We are an authorized dealer for Garmin, Humminbird, Lowrance, Minn Kota, and all brands we carry.

Warranty claims must be initiated directly with the manufacturer. Contact us and we will assist you in opening a warranty claim with the appropriate manufacturer support team.
