Refund and Return Policy

At Pro Marine Electronics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items received after this window will not be eligible for a return or refund unless the product is defective.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is in its original, unused, and uninstalled condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and cables are included
  • No physical damage, scratches, or modifications have been made
  • Item was purchased directly from promarineelectronics.com

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been installed, mounted, or used on a vessel
  • Items with missing original packaging or accessories
  • Software, digital downloads, or subscription products
  • Custom-ordered or special-order items
  • Products purchased from third-party sellers

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at contact@promarineelectronics.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the box
  4. Ship the item using a trackable carrier — we recommend insuring items valued over $200

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
  • Change of mind returns: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for lost return shipments

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

7. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

8. Manufacturer Warranty

Many products we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims after the 30-day return window must be submitted directly to the manufacturer. As an authorized dealer, we are happy to assist facilitate warranty claims where possible.
